We can offer both parallel and tapered from 2mm diameter up to 500mm diameter up to 3600mm long.
We have onsite freezer facility allows us to stock a range of raw materials, with various fibre types, resin types Tg’s from 110°C to 180°C and areal fibre weights in both woven and unidirectional material allowing us to offer a rapid turnaround of prototype samples.
Tri-Cast dedicated machining facility close to our main manufacturing site in Rochdale where we can offer Turning, Milling, Grinding and Drilling of composite parts.
We have capacity on centreless grinding from 1.5mm up to 120mm diameter to 4000mm in length.
Grinding off centres up to 420 Diameter to 3000 Long.
Turning up to 320 Diameter to 2800 LongIf needed we can also offer bonding and assembly work to customer requirements
